Below you can find a small selection of projects I've worked on or am currently working on to give you an idea of the things I do.
ChatSprocket - An AI Helper in Your Browser
In development: ChatSprocket is a Chrome extension that can call a Deepskeek AI agent into any text field. The AI is called using double slashes and I am building out context-specific instruction. For example, if on X, the AI is called by //X {instructions} or if called in an Excel cell, the call would be //EXCEL {instructions}. Hopefully, I will be ready for release soon.
Maturity Place Mapping Application
An in-house tool that serves as a control panel for a spreadsheet to auto-populate the sheet with research data. The tool connects to a variety of APIs and uses a multiple web enabled AI agents, with the intention of pulling nuanced data on every cultural institution or venue in a given country, writing it, in a structured way, into a spreadsheet or database.
PropertXYZ
PropertyXYZ was a 28 million+ page website that provided detailed market data on every postcode in the UK along with data visualisation tools using maps. My role was SEO Strategist, where I planned the URL structure, technical SEO, structured data, presentation of content and set up a semantic analytics/reporting layer for the project. Property XYZ ran out of runway and closed.
Property Investments UK
As the web manager of Property Investments UK, I took the site from being the personal blog of Rob Jones, to being the most high-trafficked resource for landlords and property investors in the UK. I wrote hundreds of SEO optimised articles, refined the stack, built marketing automations and analytics systems and built backlinks through partnerships.
